It's Simple, Here's How It Works...After signing up as an affiliate, all you have to do is put our "Affiliate Links" on your web site, blog, Facebook page, newsletter etc, and start earning revenue. These Affiliate Links contain a code that is unique to you. That's how we keep track of the visitors you send to us. There are different links for each type of product depending on whether it's a career test, career counseling, or resume eBook. When a visitor on your site clicks on one of these links, they will be taken to the appropriate landing page on our site. Each product has a different landing page in order to increase the conversion rate. When they land on that page, we write a cookie to their computer showing that they came from your site. If they purchase applicable products within one year you get the commission, provided they do don't erase the cookie. Once they erase the cookie, we can not trace the sale back to you. Fortunately, most people don't erase their cookies that often and also, most people will purchase within a few months. Thus you could send us a visitor and if they come back to our site 364 days later and buy, you get the commission. It's that simple.
Commissions (Payouts, Referral Fees)Our affiliate program pays out a percentage ("Commission") for each product listed above that is purchased as a result of a visitor following a link from your site. We transfer your earnings to your PayPal account. We now only make payments via PayPal because we don't have time to write checks and mail them around the world.

We manage our affiliate program in-house, so that we don't have to give half of the profits to an outside firm. This allows us to pay you higher commissions. It's a lot of work for us, but we think it's worth it. Most companies do not have the technology to manage affiliate programs. But we do. It's as simple as that.

Allow two hours for the email to show up. You will also receive a monthly email report listing all of your sales. Finally, and this is the best part. You can log in any time and run reports showing the success of your affiliate program.
