Bends metal fan blades by hand to adjust pitch (angle) of blade, and to align blades for vibrationless tracking: Places blade assembly on spindle of gauging fixture, and manually rotates blades between set of pin gauges. Sights across blade surface and tips of gauge pins, and bends and twists blade into contact with pin ends. May use wrench or bending tool to adjust heavy-duty blades and blade carriers. May align and adjust pitch of oil-retaining ring at hub of commercial or industrial fan.
