Depresses pedal of tightening device to pinch sides of grooves around edges and corners of bag fabric. May record production. May be designated according to type of handbag framed as Coin-Purse Framer (leather prod.); Pocketbook Framer (leather prod.); Purse Framer (leather prod.).
