Informs STEWARD, RACETRACK (amuse. & rec.) of JOCKEYS (amuse. & rec.) not reporting to prepare for race. Maintains order in jockey room. Examines lead pads to determine that they meet track specifications. Gives directions to workers to clean jockey room.
