May pound nails and tacks that protrude through insoles, using hammer, to smooth insoles. May pull tacks with tack remover. May be designated according to part rasped as Forepart Rasper (boot & shoe); Heel-Nail Rasper (boot & shoe); Insole Rasper (boot & shoe).
