Opens valves on line to effect uninterrupted flow. Notifies yeast plant to prepare to receive yeast. Opens gravity-feed outlet valve to permit yeast to drop into storage tanks. Climbs into tank to spray yeast residue with water and pushes it to outlet to complete transfer, using water hose and paddle.
