How to Get Started?

1) First, you set up a personal account by signing up like all other visitors on our web site using your email address and a password. This is Free. You will know when you are signed in because your name will appear in the upper right hand corner of each web page.

2) Then come back here and add your organization (also free)

3) You won't have to spend any money until you want to purchase career reports.

A word about our customer service. To keep costs low, we don't have people sitting around waiting to answer the phone or waiting for emails to come in. So we ask that you please be patient. If we don't answer right away it may be because we are on the phone with a Career Coaching client or another customer. Or we might be traveling and in a different time zone. So leave a voice message and we will call you back ASAP.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM California time. However, since we are a modern, internet based virtual company, we also work weekends, late at night, and some times all around the clock.

How Does Our Sign Up System Work?

Everything you do here at CareerPlanner.com is linked to your email address. So when you sign up, use the email address that you will use with your group, school, or company.

Then, when you add your group, you will be linked to your group.

Plus, the first person to sign up a group is made a Super Test Admin.

As a Super Test Admin you can administer tests to your students or clients. You can also run Career and Personality Reports for them.

As a Super Test Admin you will have access to all the test results of your clients and students.

You can also add other people from your organization, such a teachers, career counselors etc.

Free Samples

The best way to understand our tests and our reports is to try them out on yourself, even if you don't need career advice and direction.

For a free sample, please first sign up with us and add your organization.

Then contact us requesting a sample. We will put a free sample into your account, and get back to you via email.

When you contact us, please tell us a little bit about your organization and your intentions. It will help us to get to know you and provide you with better service.
