Which Assessments Can You Offer?

The following assessments / tests and reports are available to you, with volume discounts, once you become a Test Administrator:

1) The "Career Interest Test" (CiT®).
This assessment is similar to the Strong Interest Inventory® which will provide career direction based on the things one is interested in doing. This tool is perfect for anyone who is trying to decide on their best career choices. It works for high school students, mid life career changers, and those planning a post retirement career.

2) The "Personality Type Test" with the Advanced Personality Type Career Report. This assessment will indicate the test taker's 4 letter Personality Type, or Type Code as it's known in the industry. i.e. INTJ, ENFP, ISTJ.. etc. Similar to the Myers-Briggs® MBTI® but better in many ways, and much more affordable. The report will tell you everything you need to know about the best careers for that Type.

3) The "Nardi Personality Indicator™" (NPI™) and NPI Facilitators Report. Developed by Professor Dario Nardi, the well known Personality Type researcher (UCLA), author, and Type Trainer. This simple assessment will accurately and quickly indicate a person's 4 letter Personality Type. But it does so in a totally unique way that that is not based on dichotomies. The assessment never shows the test taker any letter based Type Codes, so as to not influence people who may already know their Type. This test and report is not available anywhere else on the internet. Practitioners who are trained and certified by Dario Nardi receive a special discount on top of the volume discounts.

What about the MBTI®, Strong®, CPI 260®, TKI® and FIRO-B®

CareerPlanner also offers these assessments for individuals and groups, however they are not available through our Test Administrator System because with these tools you must be trained and certified to administer them (which we are) and only a certified practitioner can offer the debrief and interpretive session to the test taker.

When you purchase these assessments, our Assessment Specialist, Mike Shur, will administer them for you and provide the interpretation and debrief for you and your group.
