Agim Zabeli is a Senior Consultant with Barr Associates, a national search firm specializing in the Integrated Circuit, and related technology industries, where he has conducted searches for positions ranging from Equipment Technician to Business Unit Vice President.
He has recruited internationally and for non-technical positions as well; has trained client Human Resources groups in recruiting techniques; and has consulted as an in-house staffing expert.
Prior to joining Barr Associates in 1994, he was the Senior Staffing Specialist at Silicon Systems in Tustin, CA, where he was responsible for college recruiting in addition to his role as the company's senior recruiter of experienced professionals. He was involved in selecting the company's first automated resume tracking system.
Agim began his recruiting career after working in shipyards and other government contracting companies in Norfolk, VA, and after spending eight years in the United States Navy. He first began recruiting in the Semiconductor industry by assisting US Navy personnel in transitioning into this highly specialized industry.
Agim has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Regents College of New York (now Excelsior University).
