• If you have tried to refinance and have been turned down, I am told Loan Modification will usually work.


• The Loan Mod Experts will charge a fee, but from what I see you will get that money back in about two months. Plus you will save your house.


• You can try to do this yourself. But if you want to get a real good deal, use these folks. They are tough negotiators. They know how to work the banks. I listened to what they say to the banks. It's not something I could do.
