- 1) Feeds wood chips into digesters used in steam distillation process for extracting crude turpentine: Seals cover to opening at bottom of digester.
- 2) Starts conveyor to fill digester with wood chips through charging hole at top.
- 3) Seals cover to charging hole.
- 4) Removes cover on hole at top of digester to dump spent wood from digester at end of extraction process.
